4vipph Terms & Conditions

1.1 These Terms govern all use of the 4vipph website located at 4vipph.cam (the "Platform"), including all games, sports betting, casino products, VIP services, bonuses, promotions, customer support interactions, and financial transactions conducted through the Platform.

1.2 By registering an account with 4vipph, you confirm that you have reviewed these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, and that you agree to be legally bound by all three documents as published on the Platform from time to time.

1.3 4vipph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Section 12 of these Terms addresses the amendment procedure in greater detail.

2.1 Age Requirement. Access to 4vipph's real-money gaming services is strictly limited to individuals who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older, in accordance with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) regulations and applicable Philippine gambling legislation. Registration by individuals under 21 is prohibited and void.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that real-money online gambling is legal in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. 4vipph operates under PAGCOR licensing and targets Filipino players residing in the Republic of the Philippines. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited are in breach of these Terms and bear sole legal responsibility for such access.

2.3 One Account Per Person. Each natural person may hold only one (1) registered account with 4vipph. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or through error, will be closed and any balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited at 4vipph's sole discretion.

2.4 Identity Verification. 4vipph reserves the right to request identity verification documents (government-issued ID, proof of address, or payment method verification) at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, on deposit, prior to withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension of account services or refusal of withdrawal requests.

2.5 Employee Exclusion. Current and former employees of 4vipph, its subsidiaries, affiliated entities, software providers, and payment processors are prohibited from holding player accounts without express written approval from 4vipph management.

3.1 When registering a 4vipph account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your registered mobile number and password. 4vipph will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately via live chat or email [email protected].

3.3 4vipph recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to provide an additional layer of account security. With 2FA active, each login from an unrecognized device requires confirmation via SMS one-time password.

3.4 Account credentials are non-transferable. You may not share, sell, gift, or transfer your 4vipph account or account credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. 4vipph currently supports the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes vary by method and VIP tier, as published in the Payments section of the Platform.

4.2 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally. Deposits using payment methods registered in a third party's name are prohibited unless written evidence confirming the account holder's consent is provided to and accepted by 4vipph's compliance team.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes set out in the Payments Policy, ranging from one (1) to four (4) hours for VIP Gold-tier and above, and up to twenty-four (24) hours for standard accounts. 4vipph reserves the right to delay processing to complete identity verification or fraud checks.

4.4 Active Bonus Locks. If a Player has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, some or all of their balance may be ineligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fulfilled. The available withdrawal balance (i.e., the amount not subject to any bonus lock) is displayed in real time on the Player's account dashboard.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering. 4vipph is required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulation to conduct AML checks on all accounts. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld pending AML review. 4vipph reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the Player.

5.1 All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional rewards offered by 4vipph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. In the event of conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiple and eligible games are specified per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry a validity period. Bonuses not claimed within the stated eligibility window and wagering requirements not completed before expiry will be voided automatically.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. 4vipph monitors for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-variance betting to complete wagering requirements, coordinated bonus exploitation across multiple accounts, or repeated exploitation of promotional pricing errors. Accounts found to engage in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and accounts suspended.

5.5 4vipph reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed and partially completed a bonus will be notified in advance of any material change to that specific offer.

6.1 4vipph operates a six-tier VIP program (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Black) that rewards players with cashback based on total wagering volume. Participation in the VIP program is automatic and free for all registered 4vipph accounts in good standing.

6.2 VIP tier status is calculated on a rolling basis over a defined qualification period. Players who do not meet the wagering threshold for their current tier during the qualification period may be moved to a lower tier at the next review date.

6.3 Cashback earned through the VIP program is credited to the Player's account on a weekly basis and is subject to a one-times (1x) wagering requirement before withdrawal unless otherwise stated.

6.4 4vipph reserves the right to modify VIP tier thresholds, cashback percentages, and program benefits with thirty (30) days' prior notice published on the Platform.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the 4vipph Platform:

• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Registering more than one account per person;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring account access to any third party;
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software to manipulate game outcomes or betting patterns;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities knowingly;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering using 4vipph's payment infrastructure;
• Engaging in or facilitating fraud, chargeback abuse, or unauthorized payment transactions;
• Reverse-engineering, copying, or reproducing any part of the 4vipph Platform;
• Engaging in conduct that could harm 4vipph's reputation, operations, or other players.

8.1 All content on the 4vipph Platform — including but not limited to game graphics, software, trademarks, trade names, logos, icons, text, images, audio, and video — is the property of 4vipph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

8.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. No other right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property is conveyed to the Player.

8.3 Unauthorized use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of any 4vipph intellectual property without prior written consent constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under Philippine law.

9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 4vipph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or gambling losses.

9.2 4vipph does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, system outages, or circumstances beyond 4vipph's reasonable control (including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or regulatory orders) may temporarily affect Platform availability. 4vipph shall not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

9.3 In the event that technical errors affect the outcome of a game, 4vipph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Player's account. No further compensation shall be payable.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 4vipph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation.

10.1 4vipph is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion, all accessible from the Player's account dashboard.

10.2 Self-Exclusion. A Player may request self-exclusion from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's account will be locked and no deposits, wagers, or account access will be permitted. Self-exclusion requests cannot be reversed before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed.

10.4 Gambling should be entertaining. 4vipph recommends that all players set a personal budget before playing and wager only funds they can afford to lose. Never chase losses, never gamble while intoxicated, and take regular breaks from play.

11.1 The collection, storage, and processing of personal data by 4vipph is governed by the separate 4vipph Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference and complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

11.2 By registering an account, you consent to 4vipph processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the provision of Platform services.

11.3 4vipph will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be disclosed to regulatory authorities, including PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), as required by law.

12.1 4vipph may revise these Terms at any time. Where the revision is material — defined as any change that affects Player rights, payout procedures, or account eligibility — 4vipph will notify registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file at least seven (7) days before the amendment takes effect.

12.2 The current version of these Terms is always accessible at 4vipph.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the most recent revision. Players are advised to review these Terms periodically.

12.3 If a Player disagrees with any amendment, they must cease using the Platform and withdraw any remaining balance prior to the amendment's effective date. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.1 Voluntary Closure. A Player may close their 4vipph account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance (excluding locked bonus funds not meeting withdrawal eligibility) will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified payment method within three (3) business days.

13.2 Company Termination. 4vipph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's account without prior notice where 4vipph reasonably determines that: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected; (c) compliance with a regulatory or legal obligation requires such action; or (d) the Player's conduct poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform.

13.3 Upon termination for breach, 4vipph may withhold any or all balances pending investigation. If a breach is confirmed, 4vipph reserves the right to forfeit such balances to the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days of written notice shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, which jurisdiction the parties hereby accept as exclusive.

14.3 Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR as the primary regulatory authority over 4vipph's operations. PAGCOR's formal complaint procedures are available via the PAGCOR website.

14.4 Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have under mandatory Philippine consumer protection legislation that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.
